I love wearing these out in public when my anxiety is always naturally higher, or just being able to turn them on pre-panic attack and have a good chance at avoiding a full escalation.
So far my experience with Haptix Flow has been awesome! With having some prior experience with EDMR therapy in a clinical sense, having access to the bands where I can do it anywhere at any time of day has been a game changer. When i’m in the middle of something stressful and need a reset, or if I just want to wind down before bed, to have access to EDMR therapy through these bands has added value to my routine. Definitely worth the investment!

Oh, how I love these. My therapist whose preferred trauma modality is EMDR, recommended them to me as she uses them and has her son, who is on the autism spectrum, use them when he can’t settle for sleep at night. I wear them daily, making time to sit and not think about a million things/to-dos; they settle my mind so well. I also sometimes wear them when I’m busy and they remind me to slow down-they bring me right back down to earth, when I engage with/let them. The key for me is intentionality. Also, for the sleep setting, I use it to get to a deeply restful state, then take them off when I am ready to close my eyes.
